Front garden transformation
Work carried out:
Removing old brick fence, concrete screed and leveling carried out. Re-building brick fence, silicone rendering and adding color design as the customer private project shown. Handmade wooden fences created and painted the customer design it, alongside with new handmade gate to create a whole unique design. Leveling and increased surface, concrete screed on the front of the entrance door prepared for tiling, leveling surface for new lawn. Design and install new outdoor lighting system.

Fully kitchen refurbishment
Work carried out:
Full kitchen strip out, including damaged plasterboard walls due to the water leak. New full electrical rewire and moisture resistant plasterboards fitted all over the walls. Shift and installation of new pipework, supply and fit new kitchen, installation all of the kitchen appliances. Assembly worktop and splashback, installing new electrical underfloor heating, painting throughout.

Strip out existing suite, design and install new lighting system, install underfloor heating, installation of new pipework, providing bespoke vanity units and panelling, new floor and wall tiling, fully insulate the walls, ceiling and floor, painting throughout.

Full house refurbishment and isolation of external walls.
Work carried out:
Full strip out including partition walls and wall linings, damp-proofing throughout, ground works at the rear to improve the drainage system, relocation of door openings to allow for improved fire exit routes, installation of new MF ceilings, re-plastered throughout, overhaul of windows throughout. This project also include a new wood and tiled flooring, new modern bathroom, new modern kitchen, underfloor heating all over the house, full electrical rewire, new lighting installed, boiler replacement, new modern extension including sliding doors and roof windows and isolation of external walls including color and design.

Project brief:
To improve the use of the kitchen and bathroom and make it more practical for our client’s daily use, incorporating a separate shower. We were working on the minimum budget and we did what we could to do our best for that client.
Work carried out:
Strip out existing suite, walls and floor raise to accommodate plumbing, supply and fit new kitchen, installation of new sanitary ware, tiles ion the floor and walls, instal new door system, design and install new lighting system, fully insulate the walls, ceiling and floor, painting throughout.
